Book vs. Movie..... Are they different or the same?

Book Vs. Movie.... What do you think?

Lara Jean is a girl who loves to write her feelings down on letters and tuck them away during her middle school years to only have them delivered to her crushes in middle school. Lara Jean has to face her feelings about the boys she loved that creates a problem in her family considering one of the crushes is her sister's long time boyfriend. This story and movie are set in the Covey home where love of family and teen love is evident. One letter that doesn't get sent in the movie until the end is for a boy named John who went to another school and who really is Lara Jean's love interest in the book. The differences in the book vs. the movie.... Well you will need to read the book! I promise you it will be an awesome read!  TEENS you need to read this one!  Everyone has had a crush in their lives that has never truly known their feelings until it was too late or never really knew.  What would you do if you were Lara Jean and you were confronted by all of the boys she had loved before?

I would use this book with TEENS to spark their love for reading and their Curiosity. I believe this would be one instance I would have them watch the movie as a visual and then go to the book as for them to narrate the book as we go. My visual learners can allow themselves to recount the movie whereas my auditory learners can also think about the visualization of the book and how it was different.
